Spinach Salad
Dressing:
1 Cup Salad Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
Mix and let set. Can be made a couple days ahead of time.
For the Salad, Combine 1 Pound of Spinach, 6 slices of bacon, crumbled, 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped. Pour dressing on right before serving and toss.
