Shipping + Returns Policy
 

It is my policy to make sure that every buyer of Hats, Leather Flowers or Feathers is completely happy with their art piece purchase.  In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact me immediately upon delivery, should any issue with your new piece arise.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your original piece, you may return it within 7 days of shipment receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Exception HATS, see belo.

ORIGINAL PIECES

In the rare case that you receive an Original Piece that you are not happy with, you may send the Original Piece back for a full 100% refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the piece back to the studio in the same perfect condition it left in. (As of this date of writing it is an honor that no one has EVER wanted to return an Original Leather Piece of mine.) Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

CUSTOM PIECES

50% of the price of commissioned, CUSTOM piece is considered a non-refundable fee for my time and material costs in creating a piece specific to the client’s personal requests.  Images of the custom piece will be emailed throughout the construction process for approval of the buyer, so that the piece is exactly as requested. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

I, Sarah Sura of Hay Bales & High Heels am not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking.

HATS

Hats will be considered Non Refundable and Non Returnable. Before purchasing, be sure to note the description and size. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen purchases once delivery has been confirmed. If for some reason, your hat has been damaged during shipping, contact me within 7 days of shipment receipt to work something out. I package hats as best I can for shipment, but sometimes that isn’t enough. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so I will do my best to remedy the situation. Please note, all Hat purchases with be insured during shipping.
