Pecan Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Dates
1 lb Bacon
1 Packages of Dates, pitted
Pecan Halves
Toothpicks
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Cut each date down one side.
Stuff each date with a pecan, wrap with slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until bacon is desired crispiness.
Remove from oven. At this point, you can place on paper towels to soak up excess grease, or serve.
