Corn with Pepper Bacon & Chives

2 Thick Cut Pepper Bacon Slices

2 Cups Corn Kernels, can be frozen (thawed), fresh or canned

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Chives

Serves 4

  1. Chop bacon, add to large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until bacon begins to brown.

  2. Add corn and salt to skille. Salute until warmed through or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
