Weekly Lifting Routine

Are you looking for an AT HOME ROUTINE that actually WORKS!?

Here is my go-to routine for lifting every week from HOME! I rarely get away for a gym session, so at home it is. My typical routine is cardio for 20 minutes, some abs exercises for 10 minutes and then I get to this lifting schedule. Wednesday nights, I have city league volleyball, so technically it isn’t a rest day completely, but I do want all my energy saved for an evening of play.

As you can tell from my many food posts, I LOVE to eat… especially baked goods. Therefore I lift hard, so I can eat hard, per say! :)

For a reference, the only weights I own are a set of 5s, 10s, 15s, and 20s.
