Apple Pie Whiskey

Materials Needed:

750L Whiskey of Your Choice, I chose Pendleton

Clear Bottles for Gifting, you could also reuse the original bottle, but I was gifting this batch to multiple people.

4 Cinnamon Sticks

1 Vanilla Bean, split

2 quart Mason Jars

4 Gala Apples, sliced and peeled

Evenly distribute sliced apples between the 2 quart jars. Add 2 cinnamon sticks and a half of the vanilla bean to each of the jars. Split the whiskey between the two jar and seal with lids. Give a nice shake and store in a cool dark place for 1-2 months, shaking jars several times a week. Feel free to sample whiskey until you have the taste you desire. Once you are happy, strain contents and bottle in gifting bottles or back into original. I made simple tags and includes this recipe to include!

Apple Pie Hot Toddy

1 Shot of Apple Pie Whiskey

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

1 Tablespoon Honey

Hot Water to top

1 Irish Breakfast Tea Bag

Slice of Apple and Cinnamon Stick for Garnish
